"The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Paddington and various shops and restaurants. The room was a bit shabby, but perfectly comfortable. The breakfast is good. But I wish they would not use disposable plastic table covers. More eco friendly would be great. The fish in the lobby are so sad, the water is filthy."

"Front desk and room servicing excellent. Place being renovated in part but no noise before 9am. great position near Paddington Station. Small roomed old London hotel was great. If you want modern and spacious and a dining room then it is not for you. But if you love London and its history and easy access to wherever you want to go via the underground including the new Elizabeth line to Heathrow you can't ask for more."

"I stayed here for one night as was flying out of Luton the next day. Perfectly good and comfertable airport hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfy, nice bar/food area and an outside terrace which was great as it was a sunny warm evening. Food was good too - was surprised by how good the pizza was! Will stay again next time I find myself flying out of Luton."
