"Clean and located in a delicious and delightful and wonderfully safe area - we had the best time and had everything we needed! Every bakery and coffee and store was dreamy!!!"

"Right in the middle of Notting Hill & Portobello Market. Definitely noisy, and you can hear the stalls being set up in the morning, but it's worth it to be so close to everything. Great pubs, restaurants, and shopping out the front door."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, very spacious property, towels and bedding very fresh. The surrounding areas had excellent bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. There are also many shops close by. The only negative to this property in our opinion was the lack of seating in the lounge. The settee pictured on the website is not in the property, instead a settee which we couldn’t use as too low down, we just sat the dining table (not ideal). "Location easy to find and great amenities nearby."

"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"Very smart property. My bed was super comfortable and sheets crisp and clean. I thought there was a hot tub but there wasn’t. Bathroom needed more of a deeper clean like there was a huge dusty cobweb above the blind. We noticed lots of little flies in th kitchen area, but maybe they came in when the patio door was open… overall it was very nice. Communication with the management was excellent"

"Laura was an outstanding host. She had a magnificent gift basket with snacks and the best brioche bread. She made sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything.The property was excellent for our stay while visiting our son and daughter-in-law.The location being close to the Kensal Green tube made getting around the city very easy. "

It would have been nice if there was a shower curtain in the upstairs, shared bathroom but that didn't present any difficult issues for us.The local area was just alright for us. "We had an amazing time during our stay in London and this house was a huge part of it. We had 15 people and we all fit very comfortably with everyone having a bed and plenty of common space for everyone. The location is ideal for getting around and right in the middle of everything. Communication was very easy and Qadar was extremely accommodating and hospitable. I highly recommend this house for a large group!"

Comes with a/c, washer/dryer and stocked kitchen which was great. No lift. Stairwell a little steep and tight so not a perfect option for people with ambulatory issues.
