"Some parts are still under construction. Can be a bit loud in the night but it was valentines weekend. Staff were helpful and friendly but I wasn’t told they’d take a £50 deposit, and I wasn’t told what this was for either- it leaves my bank account instantly but takes a week to come back into my account. Good room, spacious and good food "

"I enjoyed my stay here, the only thing was I arrived at the hotel at 1.30 .and was told that I would have to pay 10 pound to check in before 2pm.. I waited to checkin after 2. pm. apart from this I can't fault the room or breakfast . it was excellent. I would definitely , maybe stay there again. "

"A good modern centrally located hotel, very comfortable bed and good buffet breakfast. The rooms are quite small but well appointed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Ideal for attending the AO Arena and shopping. The recommended car park is a short walk away and reasonably priced for 24hr parking. To be recommended."

"I am so happy that this hotel exists - now a go to first choice hotel whenever I’m in the city. The room is spacious and the service was excellent. They put customers in a high regards. I went to the fitness area and while it is small it is clean with all the equipment you need when you want to get moving. Furthermore the bar looked excellent and had a range of options which I appreciated. Based on location I find that it is so conveniently placed with a range of parking options. Wish I took...

"Phone before booking and ask if pool was available for kid to have a swim told yes don't close until 10 to find out kids cant swim after 7 pm so wasnt happy but the girl jade behind desk was so nice and apologetic and gave us ticket for starbucks for next day drink also late check out so my boy can get a swim ........not like was the lifts were out and the girl behind counter at swimming had bad attitude "

"Reception, absolutely headless chicken, no information given, just a paper and room key, there was cockroaches in the room but after all its spain and they are everywhere, spa was absolute disappointment. Hotel was big, food was good, room was specious"

"Second time I’ve stayed here. Rooms are a good size and clean with a decent size tv, bathroom and showers are good. Staff friendly, love the 2pm check in time Not a far walk from the trainstation which is handy if you have an early train the next day. "
