"The hotel property is quite lovely especially the Palm tree murals, may I buy these? Wowee! The front desk staff is elequent, however the bartender/ waitress was very upsetting she did not come for my dinner order. I felt it was because I was alone. Very hurtful also because I did not receive my $20 for dining. The parking charge with hotel charge is a a better idea. Guests expect to pay for dining so I delete that charge. "Good location, friendly staff. Nice rooms. Everything you expect from a hotel. And unlike Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham West Palm Beach where I stayed the time before, the staff allowed us to check in a couple of hours early without charging us extra like the Hawthorn did (we are talking two hours here, it was a petty thing for the Hawthorn to do). I will stay here again on my next visit. "

"Property needs a rehab. Dirty windows (side without Juliet balcony ) Sweet staff, easily overwhelmed during busy times, despite their efforts. Housekeeping staff works hard, but they have to many rooms, which their ability to pay attention to detail. Bar and waitstaff were very sweet. All well intended. Valet staff don’t open doors for you, at 30 dollars a day, plus considerable tipping, which adds up quickly. Also overwhelmed at busy times. Reasonably priced, and across from the beach. No food...

The pros: location/walkability, breakfast quality and options, pool temp was perfect, staff kindly changed our room request twice, microwave/ice water available in lobby, nice laundry facilities, fridge in room, fan in bathroom. The cons: extremely noisy elevator and ice machines that could be heard in rooms nearby, some pool chairs in need of replacement, heavy comforters with a limit on cooling room temp (I had trouble sleeping well due to temp control), no light...
