This hotel needs some serious improvements! I've complained about the noise and banging on walls and knocking on doors in the middle of the night but the staff doesn't help to resolve anything. Most importantly, I can't stress this enough, the beds are falling apart and the dishes are always disgusting. The hotel requires the guest to take out the trash and do dishes and they dont even supply anything to clean the dishes with which causes them to be put away dirty for the next guest. I dont recommend staying here! save your money.

Unclean, unsafe, truly going down hill. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. I promise you won’t sleep very well, if it’s not the noise it’ll be because the bed is falling inward or falling apart.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and there was a problem almost every time. If it’s not because of noisy neighbors it’s because something doesn’t work. The staff is unable to help. On one trip the fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. I only kept staying here cause of the conscience it brought. But my last stay was truly the worst. There was a lady in the room next to me shouting nonsense all night and banging on the walls and slamming doors. I was very uncomfortable and felt unsafe. Don’t recommend staying here if you actually want a peaceful night.

The condition of the room was not as expected. The sink did not drain. The shower did not drain well. The shower doors were defective. Maintenance did respond and did what they could but did not fix the sink making it very hard to use. I expected much more of this facility due to the location and price and would not stay here again unfortunately.

The place is clean, and a great value. However, customers service needs work. It’s hard to get in touch with front desk. Phone number listed isn’t direct number to the from desk, and if you leave a message, you may not get a response until days later or not at all, that also applies to sending an email. They also have text options, that work a little bitter. Not a bad place at all. Needs some updating, however I was there for 10 days, it is was fine for the most part.

I had many concerns and noise complaints over my stay that went on resolved. I was staying in room 121 and whoever was staying in room 122 was screaming fighting thrashing around waking us up at all hours of the night.

The rooms were decent and offered enough room to sleep. Less than 5 minutes from down town Boca! Towel restock was non-existent, would be our only major complaint.

The registration area was very clean. The elevator was filthy it looked like the doors were never cleaned. It took 7 minutes to get hot water for shower. There were no hand towels or wash clothes. There was no ice bucket. When you enter the parking lot the garbage area is overflowing. They have night entertainment which is loud. It ended before 11PM but I go to sleep at 8pm. The lady at the front desk was very nice and did get us hand towels and wash clothes the 2nd night. No ice bucket. She spoke english very well. The rest of the staff that We encountered did not speak english. The room was clean and was cleaned well. I think someone younger who liked the entertainment may love this place. We will not be coming back.
