Salt water pool and fenced property with plenty of palms and bushes for privacy

"The suite was perfect! Close enough for us to come back and forth while visiting family. A dip in the pool was a nice break every afternoon. Maria was the perfect host! Will stay here again when visiting family."

"When we arrived we had troubles with keypad. Could not park in driveway. They required street parking. We stayed 5 nights and only provided with 1 bath towel each.. also found a cockroach on our last night. There was only 1 small extra blanket.. we were told to be out by exactly 10am and the cleaning lady was right behind us yet we were asked to take garbage cans out to the road for them. Ive stayed at many vacation rentals and this was the least accommodating of all.."

"Spacious updated guesthouse, nicely furnished and comfortable beds. Also has a nice private patio to sit and enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. It was close enough to the tennis center we decided to walk and enjoy the neighborhoods and downtown community. Would definitely stay here again.."

"The property was perfect for my 20 year old daughter and I who I was visiting. The bed is only a queen, but super comfortable and there is actually room to move around in the bathroom. My daughter brought her blow up bed that she used in the living room so we both had privacy. The porch was great for coffee in the morning and to sit and chat in the evening. I would rent it again."

"Our family of four and two small dogs evacuated from the west coast due to hurricane Milton. Beautiful neighborhood and lovely home."

"The room was as advertised unit actually smaller than I had imagined. The room was clean and had the appropriate amenities except that the closet was not usable as there was a table that was placed in the closet such that clothes could not be hung. I suggest rearranging the closet and remove the table so that the closet is usable."

"Another 21 day work stay. After 9-10 hour days, I enjoyed relatively quiet nights, I was able to park almost every night in front of the property. Convienience to grocery store and several fast food restaurants close by. Due to no parking in the driveway, humping my personal crates, cooler, etc, was a pain but not unbearable. Host was very responsive to an electronic issue which was resolved next day promply by a professional hired by the host. Overall, I would stay again."

"Great place to stay while visiting friends and family close by. Very cute and clean. Enjoyed walking the neighbors on sidewalks. Only thing missing was washcloths,a dish strainer and more kitchen towels. Addressed issue with water quickly"

"Great location near beach and river , . Rooms are newly renovated , large with updated bathroom. Comfortable stay in clean room . Nice kitchenette, handy having a full size refrigerator . Smoking allowed outside rooms, so outdoor corridors had a strong cigarette and marijuana smell Beautiful grounds smell "
