"The hotel staff was very nice and they kept the place clean. But the hotel itself needs to be renovated and upgraded. The gym needs newer equipment. Rixy at the bar is so wonderful. I could sit down and laugh and talk with her all night. She was so friendly and warm to everyone she waited on. A blessing in that business. But my stay was good for the whole week. "BluZen is a gorgeous property. The unit was overlooking the ocean, clean and full of kitchen items. The only downside is the tub did not plug. We were not able to use the bathtub and the tv internet didn’t work great but we didn’t come to watch tv. When we were there, the resort was basically empty. "Nice hotel, especially as a focal point for activities. Food in the rooftop restaurant is excellent and also a great spot to watch the sunset. I enjoyed the Italian sausage appetizer, which was a huge portion. But also the crispy beef tips, pork belly with white rice and the pork chop 😋 Food isnt consistent, though (2nd time I ordered the Italian sausage, it was overcooked and the garlic bread was barely toasted with any garlic) and I was only there 2 nights, but ate at the restaurant 3x. "Unusually odor in room, was easy to dismiss after a few minutes. Heard steps above us very often. Our room did not have much of an outside view. Staff was very kind and room was kept very clean. And very close to the water taxi"

"Budget friendly hotel. The hotel doesn't have a hair dryer, ironing board or a good restaurant. They do have a snack bar and cold and headache meds which was convenient. The staff was very pleasant and accomodating but the facility is a bit run down. Particles were dropping from the curtain. They cleaned the room everyday and that was good. "
