"The family room connects two rooms, each with two beds and a bathroom. There's also extra space between the two rooms with a table, sofa, and a large TV. It was very comfortable for us to use the extra space to play games and have takeout for dinner."

"Booked this room for the private onsen and it was quite a lovely experience. We brought our luggage to them early in the morning and asked them to hold it until our check in so we could explore and after we checked in and made it to our room they sent someone to bring the luggage up. There was a breakfast buffet included with our room and it had a really nice variety of foods from western to Japanese. Staff spoke great English "

"The hotel exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was specially great with so many selections. Parking was free and easy, and the property was next to the beautiful park which we enjoyed the peak season of cherry blossoms. We had a room with full view of beautiful Mt.Fuji. We would stay here again, probably during the autumn color season. "

"Great view on Mt Fuji from every room and the meals were very good. There are 2 different menus available for dinner, kaiseki or shabu-shabu. Breakfast was always the same buffet but many different choices. Our problem was the room temperature can't be adjusted other than leaving the exterior door open and the duvet was very heavy with no top sheet."

"I read reviews, many peoples said that the room so small, but, I am lucky we got big room and 2 big double beds. And also has 2 sofas. The hotel close to train station, and may restaurant around. And also has coin laundry inside the hotel. The staffs very friendly and helpful. The breakfast not so many choice. The room and bathroom very clean. "

"Beautifully decorated property, that encapsulates the Ryokan feel. Outside area is only accessible for the Onsen, which is lovely even if the train line is quite close. Traditional food with no options is as ever, an acquired taste. Rate this property highly as it is quite a special place. "
