"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Hakone Stage. The Villa itself is quite spacious (we had a family of three staying) - a welcome change from the cramped living conditions in Tokyo. The villa was clean and very comfortable. The location is right next to both the "pirate" ship port and the ropeway to the top of Owakudani. "Beautiful view from our room. Only down side was our room was on the warmer side. And we could not figure out the AC units remote. Even with google translate pictures, the settings werent working. We resorted to opening the balcony windows and turning the heat off. Other than that the room was clean and an enjoyable space. "

"Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."
