"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better. I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."

The hotel is a bit old but clean and well-maintained. It is within walking distance of one of the most beautiful beaches in Puglia, just a 15-minute walk away. "Francesco and Roberta and entire staff made us felt like we were at home. Clean and fully modern renovated rooms. The property is located in a rural quiet area only a few kilometres from center of Galipoli. Would stay there again. Each night they made an aperitivo drink and small plates which included lasagna, eggplant parmegiano and other delicious foods. A hidden gem!"
