"This is a beautiful boutique hotel right in the heart of the old town of Gallipoli. It's a peaceful haven in a perfect location and just a few minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are spacious and there are lots of seating areas on various levels. The staff are amazing! The breakfast staff, especially Alessia and Alessandra looked after us really well. The reception staff were excellent, especially Antonio. They even sang to me on my birthday! We travelled as a group of four and all of us really enjoyed our week here. We would definitely return. "

The staff was truly so incredible - particularly one of the young gentleman at the front desk (for his name) and Adriana (might have gotten this wrong as well). "It hurts to give middling ratings. The staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful (eg, they gave me a room close to the reception check-in, they provided transport to the train station when no other option was available). The problem is while the crew might be good they need to run a tighter ship, The property is showing its age, it’s up the hill from the town and is oriented to large groups. As a solo, shoulder season guest, we, the few, are lost in the cracks of pre-season prep. "
