très bon séjour
Notre séjour chez Roberto a été très agréable. La maison est très bien située pour rayonner dans la région qui est magnifique. La route n'est pas dérangeante et la vue est splendide : les couchers de soleil visibles depuis la terrasse sont spectaculaires. Il faisait très chaud, normal pour un mois d'aout, mais les ventilateurs au plafond dans les chambres nous ont permis de passer de bonnes nuits. La literie est confortable. La maison est propre. Un bémol, la cuisine pourrait avoir un petit peu plus d'équipement (une planche à découper et une carafe pour l'eau ne seraient pas de trop) mais ce sont des détails qui ne nous ont pas empêchés de profiter de notre séjour.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in einem netten Haus. Wohnfläche ca 55 m2. Das Haus war sehr sauber. DieTerrasse unter den Olivenbäumen ist der absolute Hit. Herrlicher Meerblick mit spektakulären Sonnenuntergängen. Der Vermieter war bei kleineren Problemen sofort zu erreichen und total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist absolut zu empfehlen. Danke nochmals an den Vermieter.

casa a 2 passi dalla scogliera e 10 minuti dalle spiaggie incantevoli di Torre San Giovanni. Si può resatare in massimo relax al di fuori del caos e assaporare dei panorami stupendi.Consigliatissima

Petite villa très propre et très bien située près de la mer convient à un couple. La 2eme chambre à 3 lits très petite et sans fenêtre ne convient pas à 3 enfants ni à un adulte. La climatisation aurait été la bienvenue dans un pays si chaud au mois d Août.

Logement agréable en bord de mer
La maison est bien située près de la mer mais c'est une côte rocheuse pas aisée pour la baignade d'autant que nous avons eu beaucoup de vent La chaleur était un peu excessive donc les nuits étaient un peu difficiles La terrasse était agréable meisi elle est toute proche de la route Pour l'emplacement ,un peu déçus car peu de sites tout près, très bien pour ceux qui veulent découvrir les plages de la côte ionnienne

Maison agréable et bien située
Maison agréable, équipée simplement mais largement suffisant pour une famille avec enfant. Les ventilateurs de plafond sont très appréciables. La maison a une vue imprenable sur la mer et le fabuleux coucher de soleil depuis la terrasse qui très bien ombragée et parfaite en cas de chaleur ! Juste la rue à traverser pour se baigner, cela est parfait et très agréable. Les seuls points qui font rater la 5ème étoile : pas de présence de serviettes de toilettes contrairement à ce qui était noté sur l’annonce et la proximité de la route qui occasionne un peu de bruit (la contrepartie pour avoir le coucher de soleil en direct de la terrasse). Un équipement de base avec sel/poivre/huile/vinaigre/ sucre serait appréciable. Les pouilles sont une magnifique région et capilungo est assez calme et bien situé pour rayonner dans toute la région.

Super petite maison avec vu sur mer.
Nous avons passe un tres bon sejour dans cette maison. La proximité de la mer nous a permis d aller tous les jours a la mer. L agence nous a meme permis si on le désirais de rester 2 jours supplémentaires j ai apprécié le geste.je recommande

È da ritornare, poiché siamo stati solo una settimana, ovviamente il mare è bellissimo, la casa si trova a due passi, infatti l 'ombrellone per niente utilizzato, terrazzino esterno sfruttatissimo, che aggiungerei una doccetta e anche un lavatoio.

pros nice villa with great sea views good location for exploring the coast.close to local resurants some closed till june.gallipoli a good place to visit.a nice patio to sit and watch the world go by.enjoy the sunset every evening. cons bedding and towels missing and a filter coffee machine would be useful.

Una casetta deliziosa
Villetta Rosalba è persino meglio di quanto ci si attende. Spaziosa il giusto, pulita, dotata dei servizi previsti (anche un efficiente ventilatore a pala sulla camera matrimoniale), si affaccia sulla litoranea ed è a pochi passi dagli scogli digradanti sul mare. Il tramonto può essere spettacolare, il giardino è attrezzato con un tavolo e quattro comode poltrone. All'arrivo la casa si presenta pulitissima, il proprietario, sig. Roberto Meleleo, è estremamente gentile ma discreto. Manca solo il Wi-Fi, ma potrebbe essere una buona occasione per lasciar riposare cellulari e tablet. Sono lieta di aver trascorso una settimana a Villetta Rosalba, che consiglio vivamente a chi desidera una settimana di vacanza nel Salento Jonico.

Troppo bello per essere Vero!!
Posto Magnifico, casa bellissima da dove si può ammirare il tramonto.. Punto intelligente per raggiungere tutte le destinazione del Salento.. Roberto, il proprietario e' una persona fantastica, cordiale ed educata che ha molta devozione all'ospitalità.. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro!! A presto Roby!!

La casa si presenta esattamente come si vede nelle foto e rispecchia a pieno la descrizione lasciata dal proprietario. La posizione è "strategica" per poter raggiungere tutti i vari punti di interesse del territorio senza doversi impazzire con navigatori etc.. Il proprietario è di una disponibilità e gentilezza più unica che rara, ci ha accompagnati a prendere prodotti tipici e ci ha dato consigli sia su come muoverci che dove mangiare. Abitazione consigliata a tutti sia alle coppie come noi che alle famiglie anche con figli dato che c'è una stanza con 3 letti singoli e bagno oltre alla camera matrimoniale. Davvero una favola!

Appartamento comodissimo, il proprietario persona gentile e disponibile, (lo abbiamo messo alla prova è venuto anche di sera per sistemare un problemino con la cucina) il posto e la località sono meravigliosi. Un consiglio non andate alle Maldive del salento gli è rimasto solo il nome ci sono spiagge più belle, non vi suggerisco i nomi anzi uno si i Caraibi del salento

Bellissima vacanza!
Villetta Rosalba è bellissima e a pochi metri dal mare con un cortile molto carino che vi permetterà di far giocare i vostri bimbi e di godervi le delizie della tavola cullati dalla brezza marina e osservando uno splendido tramonto; la casa si trova in posizione strategica in quella che secondo me è la parte di costa più bella del Salento, terra davvero meravigliosa. La villetta è funzionale ed esattamente come da descrizione; il signor Roberto è molto disponibile e discreto. Consigliata vivamente!

casa in posizione perfetta e panoramica
Abbiamo soggiornato presso questa casa dal 22/08/15 al 29/08 / 15 in 4 persone 2 adulti e 2 bambini e devo dire che siamo stati molto bene. La casa è molto graziosa ma soprattutto la cosa che abbiamo gradito di più è stata l'ottima posizione . Infatti la casa è vicinissimo alle spiagge più belle come punta della suina o lido pizzo, Maldive del Salento e tante altre. Molto comoda anche per raggiugere alcune splendide località come Gallipoli o Torre san Giovanni o Santa Maria di Leuca .Alcune sere abbiamo cenato a casa fuori in giardino e lo spettacolo del calare del sole sul mare è stato un vero incanto. Il Sig Roberto è davvero una bella persona molto disponibile e molto attento a consigliare posti e luoghi adatti in base alle esigenze degli ospiti. Noi come famiglia ci siamo trovati molto bene e pertanto lo consiglio vivamente .

VACANZA STUPENDA
Una vacanza perfetta.... Abbiamo utilizzato la casa a tre persone ci siamo trovati non bene ma benissimo tutto ha funzionato perfettamente bene, penso che anche in 5 persone si stii perfettamente bene perchè la casa e disposta di due bagni con stanze abbastanza grandi, per non parlare del piazzale davanti casa dove abbiamo pranzato all'ombra del pino con un panorama indimenticabile il rumore e l'aria del mare che non ti manderebbero mai via,il giorno abbiamo visitato le spiagge più belle del salento distanti 13 km 15 minuti in direzione sud, tra cui quelle delle maldive. La sera mille destinazioni da scegliere visto il suo posto centrale che ti da modo di raggiungere molti posti bellissimi. Durante la vacanza solo un intoppo al ristorante BADIA quale fuori scrive il prezzo turistico 12/15 euro poi andai a pagare mi ritrovai una mazzata indimenticabile, vi sconsiglio a tutti di andare a quel ristorante mentre vi consiglio di andare al ristorante marò oppure a le voliere che si mangia da Dio e si paga veramente poco. Il titolare Roberto persona molto disponibile e seria gli voglio chiedere solo una cortesia TIENIMI OCCUPATA LA CASA PER L'ANNO PROSSIMO IDEM QUEST'ANNO. Grazie di tutto.

Una settimana favolosa
Ora che siamo a casa, è già partita la nostalgia per quei luoghi e quei tramonti. La casa è un vero affare! Molto più bella di quanto appaia nelle foto dell'annuncio, ristrutturata di recente con infissi, pavimenti, cucina e mobilio nuovo. Sono anni che viaggio in appartamenti e difficilmente ne ho trovati di così in ordine, accessoriati e ben tenuti, per non parlare della posizione super privilegiata, esattamente di fronte al mare. Ogni mattina abbiamo fatto colazione all'aperto ammirando le onde del mare. Ma la vera fortuna è stata quella di trovare un padrone di casa, attento e premuroso come Roberto. Con lui qualsiasi eventuale problema della vostra vacanza verrà immediatamente risolto. Grazie mille per la splendida settimana!
