"After i booked it i look on google maps where is was, i was a bit dubious after looking at it, the reception is on the 2nd floor, personally this hotel Iwouldn't say its disabled friendly, say your on floor 10 you have to go down about 12ish steps to get to the 10th floor or get off on the 9th floor and walk up 12ish steps, the lift seems to stop inbetween floors. I was quite surprised by the rooms they were clean and tidy, bathroom was lovely, shower was great nice and hot. There was an alarm...

"The room and bathroom were gorgeous. It was perfectly situated from Victoria station. And perfect for the Arndale Shopping centre,the Corn Exchange for food, and the Arena. Will definitely use again. Bar was beautiful too and bar prices werent overly bad for a city centre hotel. Loved the decor. Have downloaded the Motel One app to book others. Very impressed. "

"Arrived at tea time, check in straight forward member of staff very helpful, went to room very disappointed as it was a cold evening and room was very cold. Went for food was informed no need to book, wrong, eatery was packed only 1 wonky table available but was able to swap to another soon after ordering. Menu not great ok if you love burgers/pizza.. settled down for sleep around 10pm but must have been above or very close yo function room as DJ & music was extremely loud. Managed to fall...
