"An excellent location in the heart of Canary Wharf. Building work going on outside and hoardings make the outside unattractive. Inside the staff were polite and welcoming and check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, the beds comfy and fluffy huge bath towels and a spotless shower were put to good use. No breakfast available, but we knew that when booked and there’s loads of nearby offerings. Overall a really good stay and a really good price."

"The hotel is in a great location with walkable access to Blackheath Village and railway station. Buses stop right outside. Staff are very personable. Hotel is clean. Breakfast room is beautiful with traditional options. I had a front facing room overlooking Blackheath common, the church and the street. The only downside was the noise from the street. "I liked the welcome at this hotel and its location was fantastic and bus stop close by. There was in the rooms complimentary fruits and some bottles of water which i needed. Thanks this was really kind. "

"So the overall stay was pretty good and was impressed with there cleanliness and front desk staff. The only issue we had was that room was very warm and only had a fan to use for keeping us cool. But opening the windows helped immensely so wasn't really much of an issue after that!! We will definitely be coming back to Chelsea Cloisters and highly recommend them to anyone staying in the South Kensington area!!"

"Pleaseant stay for the night. Surely better than a 3* hotel. The room itself was well-kept, with clean bedding & had room refreshments. The gentleman at reception was kind and good-natured. Free self-parking (limited spaces) however there are free overnight parking on-street. . Dinner isn't served, however there are a range of restaurants around. "
