"This was a last minute booking and it was absolutely amazing. The room looked just like the photos, so beautiful. Hotel is secure and really clean. The 2 ladies at the reception were so warm and friendly. Giving a 4 star rating because there wasn’t any luggage trolley and I had to get all my suitcases to my room by myself. Also check out time is 10 am, which is quite early. They also didn’t send me anything for my birthday."

"A fantastic weekend stay in buzzing Canary Wharf, in a brand new aparthotel. We loved the facilities including communal, funky lounges and a terrace, with complimentary tea, coffee and ‘honesty’ groceries, ranging from ice-cream, gyozas, plant milks and pasta! I asked if they stocked salt and pepper and the manager on duty kindly gifted me a full, new tub of Cornish sea salt and new black pepper mill, both very gratefully received. "Staff very welcoming upon arrival and informative. The room was clean ans perfect size for 2 of us. Situated between the embankment and trafalger square/ the strand, so easy access to trains, underground and bus routes. Would recommend esp for more than one night as the kitchen amenities in the room make it more affordable for those that don't want to dine out every night. "

"Another excellent stay at the Cove in Canary Wharf - great base for a few weeks in London. However it is time they begin replacing their mattresses - ours was particularly uncomfortable. Folks considering this hotel should also be aware that the building (one of the highest in London) creaks considerably when it is windy which can make it hard to get a good night’s sleep - fortunately we only had a couple of windy nights."
