No hand soap or hand towels provided. Location is right next to the Ita Thaoqlake and just 3 minutes walk to old street and pier. Room rates pricey considering the condition of the room and facilities."

"Be aware this is an old dormitory facility. The rooms are basic but clean. The whole place smells a bit of mildew. Pillows are not good. There are many hills and stairs to get to some of the rooms. Breakfast was good. It was convenient to be inside the park starting the day, as we avoided some of the crowds from buses. "

Unfortunately maintenance still needs to be improved. "Stayed in the Deluxe Villa, Lanai in April 2023 and paid $577 US for one night. This was their premium suite. The space was impressive at nearly 2,000 sq ft. Had an old-world feel. The view from the outdoor pool area was magnificent. But anyplace with a balcony that high up would have magnificent views. So no points there really. While impressed with the size of the space, I was very disappointed with simple comforts you would expect for paying nearly $600 for one night and quite upset...
