"It was my first time at an Ibis hotel, and I enjoyed it. I liked our mini-kettle, the TV set and the delicious breakfast. It is perfectly located, neat the Uni sites."

"It was a nice stay- however the breakfast situation was crazy - resulting in my husband not having everything in the breakfast as it wasn’t available and it was far too busy to wait for them to restock as they were under so much pressure with everything else.. the breakfast is what lets it down.. "Had a lovely day out at the nearby zoo and this hotel was very convenient to be able to stay close by and enjoy a mini break. The staff and service was brilliant and really friendly. The hotel is a little tired in places but the room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Disappointed that the swimming pool was closed during our stay but it didn't affect our overall experience. Food in the restaurant was lovely and breakfast was also really good with lots to choose from. Would recommend "

"Lovely hotel and would stay again. Areas are a little dated and with simple, cheap changes like new shower mats in the bath would make the rooms so much better (these look mouldy underneath)"

"Overall a good stay - The night porter( manager) was excellent. Comfy bed.. Dissapointed by the breakfast - Cold plates! Hot food not that hot and scrambled eggs had gone green as left for too long. Coffee on side not individual pots, cold even when new lot made and cups too small, so kept having to get up for refill."
