There were no over the water bungalows available online when we booked a reservations but something opened up when we got there and Julia assisted us with upgrading. She was very kind and so helpful. It was so worth it. There are coral reefs right below the bungalows and we were able to snorkel right from our deck. The customer service was amazing. The rooms are large. The food is good.
