"The property was excellent overall and offered excellent value. The one thing I did not like was the indigent people hanging out right outside the property who were smelly, smoked and sometimes made bad comments. They weren't too bad but they should not have been there."

"It’s convenient to the airport and a 10 minute walk to Donki Mall, a must see Japanese supermarket and mall. Friendly staff. The hotel is dated but clean and everything worked, o had a studio with kitchen and refrigerator. Perfect for an overnight stay and reasonable price"

"Rooms are in very good shape, excellent wifi, aircon good. Good value for the price. Not a hotel, this is some house with rooms renovated to rent out. Caretaker on site, friendly but very little English. Building from outside looks like a house, right behind Bank of Guam. Close to Galleria, places to eat, but actual street is backside of gambling place, drunks, etc. outside"

"It was a very pleasant short stay of about 9hours. My flight arrived pass midnight and the staff were very kind to allow me an extra hour and forty five minutes stay pass checkout time. My next flight check-in time was midday. I actually slept comfortably. Transfer to airport was great too. Clean and neat room with essential amenities available and nice cooling AC. WiFi is free and with excellent speed. Friendly staff and quiet safe environment. I would definitely stay here again when I needed...

"The Manea group of houses and cabins is down a driveway (shared with "The Flametree") off the main road so quiet and private. An older style of cabin (no. 5) set back a little from the sea front, with a large d'stairs room with an en suite bathroom, 2 king size beds, cooling fans and plenty of room; and two upstairs rooms, one with aircon and their own bathroom (therefore beds for a total of 8 people/4 couples).
