"Overall a great experience, some minor inconveniences -the road to the house is riddled with potholes, no outdoor chairs (loungers or lawn chairs) . Very close to ocean , activities, restaurants & shops."

"Rob and Deborah were terrific hosts! Easy to communicate with and so willing to help - as an example a new table lamp was provided as soon as we asked for better light to read by. We were invited to help ourselves to passionfruit which were plentiful and luscious. Paw paw were delivered to our doorstep. Great to have our laundry done for us for a small fee. The beach is almost deserted, white sands, clear water and blue herons fishing. Lovely little islands offshore. The cottage was perfect...

"We really enjoyed this house. Was more than enough room for our vacation. We were extremely pleased that there was drinkable filtered water provided. Watching rays and black tips all day was a treat. Sunset kayaking was a favorite. We felt safe with the gated entrance and the property was out of the way yet close enough for anything with a few minutes drive. The coral reef out on that side of the island was the best! Thank you for a great stay, would definitely go again!"

"We loved our stay at Moana Sunset, right on the beach, private and convenient - wonderful! The studio is not new but is very well priced and equipped with everything you could possibly need - it would have been very easy to grab a few bags of groceries and simply stay put and enjoy! "The best things about Ann’s Island Beach Studio are the privacy and direct beach access with swimming possible from the beach right in front. Having Wigmore’s supermarket across the road made self-catering easier too. Everything we needed was provided. Would stay again for sure."
