"We came into town for a Browns game and were thrilled with this hotel. It’s really nice inside, the bed was comfy, and the staff were super friendly and responsive. Our TV remote stopped working and someone fixed the issue in minutes. The lounge area and bar were great. "Great place to park for the airport. Pool was down for over 2 weeks which is definitely a perk for kids in colder areas. The shuttle took us to and from the airport.
