"This is a nice hotel with all the required amenities. The room was cosy and functional for what we needed. The breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from and all very fresh. The staff could not have been more helpful and were extremely accomodating. The prices were extremely reasonable. I would definitely stay there again."

I did not notice the surcharge coming up in the description as you have to scroll all the way down to see it. Room was OK, both shower and sink starting to clog. "We use this hotel regularly at the moment to visit family. The hotel is generally very good. The most recent room was in the Carlton hotel section which had signs of old water leak or condensation runs. Also mould around window which needed cleaning. The bath was blocked and toilet roll holder came off a few times. Just a few housekeeping issues which can be easily remedied. Only gripe is early risers banging fire doors or room doors when leaving. We like the staff and position of hotel....
