"Entry to subway station immediately outside front door. Convenience store on the other side of hotel entry. Lovely lounge,dining bar area beside hotel foyer. Unlimited access to the coffee machine in the dining area for guests. Wet area in the room was a good size ,shower head luxurious. We stayed in a 3 bed room which was a little cramped with even 3 medium suitcases and backpacks but manageable. On site laundry was excellent. Taxi's can be caught outside almost at anytime. "Had a wonderful stay here. Rooms are a little small but made it work with 2A and 2C. Breakfast was plentiful and room amenities handy. Easy access to trains and a 7/11 and Family Mart super close. "

"I like this property, close to train station and walkable from Namba (Doutonbori) and Ebisucho (ShinSekai). There’s a convenient store across the street. Staff are very helpful and respectful. The breakfast buffet are good but the food menu repeats every other day. "

"Overall a good stay with easy to access train station directly in front of hotel entrance. Biggest issue was the very badly orientation of the furniture was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. Due to fear of damaging furniture I was unable to move anything and had to deal with the poorly designed room. "

"Great hotel! The bread buffet in the morning was awesome. I love bread and for me it was like a feast. They also provide complimentry soft drinks, ice cream, and alcoholic drinks which is super nice. The hotel is close to main attractions. The staff are friendly. We had an issue with AC control (all Japanese with no English instructions). They came to our room and fix the issue quickly. The wait time for the elevator can get long.
