"We checked in after 10:30pm. They were friendly and helpful. We were starving so went to restaurant on the hotel. The bartender was amazing. Helpful, witty and chatty. We were never made to feel like a burden as we were so late. I will also note, that i messaged through the expedia app, they answered right away. Lastly, the man who deove thw bus for the airport was also, friendly. "

"Great place to stay at, renovated rooms. There are some weird smells in the building but not foul smells. Overall, good location, professional staff. My check in staff she was very helpful when I didn’t like my room because of no light coming in the room and small window."

"Everything was great, my room, except it was cold, but they sent some up right a way and fixed it, the lobby, the restaurant, staff were top notch. Location was great. So much snow you could barely walk down the sidewalk in Toronto, but I understand that that is not typical."

"The location was perfect for our needs, room was spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable. Included brekfast was good. A few things in the room are showing their age like the dining chairs and tub. Fridge made a bit of noise. Overall, the room was good and comfortable."
