"Stayed here with my Son following a gig in Manchester and don't have any major complaints, we had a great check-in in the lovely foyer/bar area and found our room, yes it needed some sprucing up but it had beds, a shower and a toilet, an added bonus was tea and coffee facilities. "Have to use your room card to call lift on ground floor-good for security but a bit of a faff. Bedroom and bathroom were clean but note on thermostat said filter needed changing and it looked black. I didn't need towels or bed changing but think rooms could be checked to see if milk and teabags etc need topping up. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of cereals, fruit, cheese, ham. Bacon, sausage, scrambled egg and hash browns were hot and replenished quickly unlike alot of places"
