"Smooth check in, room facilities were clean and well maintained, the city view was beautiful and loved the modern chic design of it. Got upgraded to a larger studio with city view upon check in so that was a treat! "

Just said i had to download parking app asap to book car in. Too early for room too. Then whilst i am standing at reception trying to download the app a guy comes to check in (with a Man City shirt on) he welcomes him in a completely different way.
