"When we came in we checked ourselves in at the self check in desk and we went to the room and found used coffee and water cups on the side. The one cup has coffee still in it. I mentioned it to the receptionist and she gave us a complementary drink each from the bar. Over all the room itself was lovely and it was in a good location. The only thing I would say is there’s no parking less than 5 minute walk away"

The room had everything we needed for our 1 night stay. The bed was comfy and to say we overlooked Portland Street, we slept well. Can't think of any negatives."
