"This was an amazing place with an even more amazing host. Patrizia was incredible. Super friendly and very available. She went out of her way to make our stay perfect. She was able to acquire dinner reservations at quaint but excellent restaurants throughout our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and very clean. Very enjoyable experience. 6 stars! (out of 5)"

"Some things in the listing were confusing and didn’t match up when we got there. Overall a wonderful home that you can really relax and take in the views. If you are staying for a long time make sure to get essential groceries like salt and oil etc cause there is none. Thank you again so much for having us."

"The house, the property, and the location were all spectacular, BUT I wouldn’t even consider renting this property without having a car. Taxis were extremely difficult to get and we were left walking significant distances from restaurants and the town of Scandicci. This may not have been as challenging in cooler weather, but it was 100F during our visit."

"The best host in Italy! When I mentioned allergies, the proprietor went out and purchased two new foam pillows. When I needed help with venue reservations, she worked to set up visits at the Duomo, Uffizi and Accademia. When I asked for a nearby laundromat, she put our clothes in her washing machine. Can anyone ask for better care? The hostess was an exchange student to the US, so is fluent in English. The villa experience is wonderfully authentic - stone floors included. Breakfasts were...

"Lovely place. We were greeted by a pleasant man at the desk. Rooms were clean. We had an elderly gentleman with us, and accommodated him to a more suitable room. Breakfast was great! Would recommend anyone to stay here."
