"The house, the property, and the location were all spectacular, BUT I wouldn’t even consider renting this property without having a car. Taxis were extremely difficult to get and we were left walking significant distances from restaurants and the town of Scandicci. This may not have been as challenging in cooler weather, but it was 100F during our visit."

"Although it was difficult to find the property via GPS and hard to see signage, once there, we had a fabulous time. The property was managed beautifully, it had a wonderful pool, was an easy drive to the tram to visit Florence and was very comfortable. Highly recommend!!"

"The best host in Italy! When I mentioned allergies, the proprietor went out and purchased two new foam pillows. When I needed help with venue reservations, she worked to set up visits at the Duomo, Uffizi and Accademia. When I asked for a nearby laundromat, she put our clothes in her washing machine. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our days in Tuscany. "
