I had to sort a few things out before the trip and they also responded to the messaging on the expedia app very quickly. We had a spacious room and the whole hotel had a feeling of airiness and light with wide, tall hallways. It's a converted 1929 mansion and has a great traditional feel, but also modern conveniences.
