"When arrived it seemed that they were overbooked. Our studio was given to someone else. The replacement studio they gave us was terrible. A studio with 3 beds present. No table, no chairs, no curtains in street level bedroom, no towels, no hot water, reserved parking lot not available. No refund suggested or a gesture for the inconvenience. Bad hospitality."

"In the bed we found HAIR from the last occupant. The hotel had not even changed the sheets. Upon our arrival the receptionist said he had no reservation for us and made no effort to resolve the issue in spite of the fact that we were the only ones present. "The Prado was very good The only thing that I did not like about it was the neighborhood it was in it seems to be in a lot for some sort of construction place I don't know exactly what that was but anyway the hotel was clean the staff was friendly the breakfast was okay I have had better but it wasn't bad overall it was pretty good neighborhood was the only thing that I didn't care for"
