"I had an excellent 4-day stay at Camino Verde B&B. The inn was located within walking distance of everything in Santa Elena. There is a mini-market right next door for anything you might need as well as a diner ("soda") next door on the otherside of the inn for excellent, authentic, high quality low priced Tico meals. Daily breakfast was awesome as was the staff. I espcially appreciated the kind help of Diego and Aaron who helped me plan my excursions. Many thanks! I'll be back."

"This was quite a unique experience staying at Hotel Lomas. We enjoyed every aspect of it. The room itself was quite cozy and personal; you had your own front/back porch; the room was clean; the staff was very attentive. Breakfast was delicious each morning. "Very friendly staff and great restaurant. Beautiful view from the restaurant and bar. The food was fantastic! There is fun wildlife all around the property, all able to be viewed while having breakfast! However, We didn't like that this was a zip lining property, on the surrounding hiking trails there were many cables strangling large beautiful trees and noisy construction due to zip line maintenance. The rooms did not have a refrigerator or air-conditioning or heating or TV. A ceiling fan would...
