"The property had amazing views. The best part was waking up in the morning to the sound of birds and other wild life and having chef prepared breakfast :) Some reviews did mention the bugs: you're in nature; it's expected and you get used to it and they do have pest control. No AC, but they provided fans and it was comfortable. Place is MUCH larger than the pictures. Highly recommend hiring James to cook for you!! We had him prepare breakfast daily! He's amazing and it makes getting started...

The house was great for three couples! The BBQ for perfect for the wonderful food we found the town of Nuevo Arenal had everything we needed within five minutes of the house! "The place was dirty and there was so many bugs and creatures everywhere! Spiders, cockroaches and ants crawling all around the place. I was in bed and a spider ran across the covers! We were told to spray bug spray around to prevent this, but also couldn’t open the windows as it would let more creatures in! So we were coughing the entire time because of the spray and couldn’t sleep. We left the property two days early and only stayed one night "
