"Hotel Roberta itself to a tucked away on a side road and is not too prominently visible until you get closer. We had an uneventful check in and were able to get out to Vence Mestre station quickly. But we were warned at the station about returning too late on New Years eve. Return to the hotel that night at about 10 pm after most businesses closed made us nervous with groups of young boys loitering and setting off firecrackers. The room was a few hallway turns away. "This is the worst stay I ever booked on hotels.com. I dont even know where to start with this review. No vegan/vegitarian option in the buffet. Despite asking not to disturb, room service still showed up. Elevator is for name sake and cannot fit single person with luggage. Sleeping with blinds, shutters and drapes still feels like sleeping on the street in this hotel. Bed and other furniture passed its usable age long back but it is still not replaced. Tap in the bathroom kept leaking whole...

"Excellent hotel. Beyond my expectation. Clean, well-maintained facility, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, walkable to many good restaurants, convenient location to access train or bus to/from Venice main island, They also offer luggage storage. I like this hotel a lot!"

"Amazingly comfortable and right in the centre of town. You can take a bus into Venice from the tram stop 5 minutes away from the hotel. Only feedback, there is no coffeeshop open early in the area. Hotel could give customers access to the coffee machine :) Other than that... we'll definitely go back and i highly recommend it."
