"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Very professional. Room was large, clean and well maintained. Bathroom also clean and well maintained. Main issue were the elevators - this is a large hotel with 25 floors, but only 4 elevators - during the 4 days I was there, 1 elevator was always stuck on ground floor. It was very common to have 15-20 people waiting in line w luggage for and elevator. It would take 5-10 min every time you needed to use an elevator. One evening the elevator I was in...

Original doors mean that you can hear people in the hallway. There were a large group of young people booked in on our second night and staff didn't ask them to be quiet.
