"I've stayed at The Dana many times, the property is like a tropical jungle, it's fun just to walk around. The rooms are a bit small but nice, the dual sinks is a nice touch.. All the rooms have their own outside entrance, old school Motel style, there are no elevators. The buildings are two story so if you would have trouble getting your luggage up one flight of stairs, make sure you get a ground floor room. It's a laid back place, no Disco lounge or anything like that."

"Upon arrival the staff had a smile and were all busy helping other guests. But when it was my turn they were so helpful and kind. The ladies were very helpful in letting us know about the events happening in the hotel. Our hotel room was so comfortable and quaint. We were giving the option of a down stairs or bottom floor. But chose upstairs and have a beautiful view of the harbor and downtown. I can’t wait for our next trip to the west coast and stay here longer."
