"Property is under construction so there is only 1 elevator working, no restaurant. Would have booked somewhere else if I knew up front. That being said there was no noise from the construction. The room was large & comfortable but needed more renovation "

"Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Staff was great. Great location but still need to use some kind of transportation to get to places quicker. There’s some homeless nearby but then again this is downtown area. It’s typical. I would return. "

"Facilities were excellent, beds comfy, Pelicans Resaurant was delicious, and staff were super kind and accommodating. They even gifted us with a charcuterie Board and Sparkling Water for our anniversary. Great stay"

"A reasonably priced option near to many of the downtown sites, and easily accessible to my conference center. Room was small but sufficient for one person - reminded me of being in NYC. Hotel has few amenities but is nearby to restaurants and other options for needs. Worked for me."
