"The best hotel I’ve stayed in the past 5 years. The staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and filled with extras and amenities. The bed was comfortable and the choice of different pillows was such a benefit. "

"Hotel looks a bit off putti g on first site but dont let this put you off we booked 2 executive rooms ( one of which was available nefore check in time so left bags there) they were both front facing and really modern bit noisy from the street but ok, yes the carpets in other corridors need replacing but i think they are doing them bit by bit as the hotel is bigger than it looks. really good for a night or twos stay , breakfast was great hot and cold available ."

"As the price was reasonable I had low expectations. However, the hotel was excellent. Very close to Trafford Centre. Beds were really comfortable, hotel was clean and staff were friendly. "

"Great place to stay, however, none of the four USB ports worked. We reported on first day and they still didn’t work when we checked out after two nights. We were in room next to house keeping and it could be quite noisy, we wouldn’t want that room again. Staff are great and facilities are good. "

"Spent 3 nights here as was up for a family wedding, self check in and out which was easy via the app, breakfast was great plenty to chose from, staff were very approachable, helpful and friendly, room was very clean and tidy, had a king size bed and was very comfortable and plenty of room, shower was lovely too"
