"Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."

"Hotel only has a few rooms but very comfortable and clean. Had the large family room, which is very good. Only reason for 4 stars not 5 is the road noise and the room is bove main bar, noise from bar until it closed. Will stay again"

"The best place to stay in Preston. A hidden gem, great value for money. 10-12 minutes walk from the station, the room that I stayed in was very tidy and clean. Host is very friendly and good with responding to messages, clear instructions on checking in. Will definitely come back if I ever need to stay in Preston."
