"At check-in, we were told there was only a room with two twins, although I had booked a king bed room. After arguing for a minute they gave us a king bedroom as requested. Everything else was very good. Hotel inside needs some renovation, but otherwise was clean and modern. "

"Downright one of the best stays we have had anywhere traveling. Hotel has a ton of character, cozy and service that is outstanding. The viewpoint on the top floor where you can sip your wine or coffee while enjoying the views of the city or sea is extraordinary. The service is amazing and they went out of the way to always ensure that we had something to eat if we were leaving before the breakfast timing. Hector & Rodrigo even helped us track down a phone we had misplaced while taking a Uber...

Parking is a bit small but available and we had a wonderful comfortable sleep in. "We had a lovely stay at Villanita for 5 days in March, before setting off to Torres del Paine National Park. Ana speaks excellent English and is beyond helpful. She arranged a taxi to pick up my husband at the airport when his plane got delayed and arrived at 1 am. She printed out ticket confirmations for us. She had great shopping suggestions (Balfer in Zona Franca for hiking gear) and even gave us a ride there. The two bedroom cabin is very cute with a full kitchen. There's a grocery store...

"We really enjoyed our stay at that property . The staff , Gladis and Matias were so warm, doing everything they could to make our stay comfortable. It felt very authentic, more like a bed and breakfast, country living .They did cook us a wonderful lunch. We loved the setting quiet under beautiful old trees , however if you do not have a rental car you may prefer to stay more in town . The room was spacious, clean and the bed was confortable. The bathroom needs updating ."
