"Location is about 200m away from the main road so it was peaceful and quiet. Room was clean enough however there were lots of millipedes crawling in my room. TV was faulty but the receptionist arranged for it to be replaced after 2 days. Great customer service! Would recommend this place to everyone visiting Rawai!"

"Lovely, charming hotel with lovely garden and pool. Off the busy main road, down a short side road. The hotel feels like a relaxing Oasis in a busy part of Phuket. A firm mattress which wasnt great for my back. A short walk along a busy main road (or short taxi ride £2) to the main high street, where there are plenty of restaurants etc. The beach is lovely although busy with the local longboats providing local boat trips. "

"As my first time glamping/camping or tenting, I had a wonderful and exciting experience. The property is well-kept and the bathrooms are cleaner than any hotel I've ever been in. The Roost Glamping employees are so sweet and helpful. They have a cafe on the property which is great if you want to relax on the couch and eat some food. Although, the food did not meet my expectations, it was okay for when I was hungry. Also, it is a safe and adventurous place for children. "

"When we arrived we did not like the area, very busy road just outside the entrance. We did not read properly about the location of the hotel. It is not located in Rawai beach, but 10-15 minutes direction Phuket city, with the local bus. But when we learned to know the area, we found some nice restaurants, and spots. No spots nearby, but its possible to walk or take a bus. They rent out scooters everywhere. There is not any beach in the area, we took the locsl bus to Nai Harn beach, aprox 30...

"The rooms are very dark and dated. The shower did not draining. Lots of noise from the hostel behind it. The breakfast was the worst I’ve ever had. The staff was ok, but not very friendly. Great location but that’s the only plus. We have been traveling Thailand for almost 3 months and this place was at the very bottom. "
