Stay at Well-being FTW!!

"The property was amazing. Staff M) was friendly at check in, patient too. Room was extremely clean and spacious. Bfast was good though certain dishes were a tad salty. Staff were attentive and friendly. Not forgetting eveyone at the spa.. especially Gift (staff name) she has magic hands. If i could suggest - maybe provide bicycles for rental or free as it is a long way out to 7-11 :))"

"Great villas ocean front golf cart available always clean great service restaurant had wonderful tasty food breakfast buffet every morning with large variety and beautiful ocean view staff helpful friendly I’ll definitely recommend this resort to family and friends."

"Our stay at Rawai Palm Beach Resort in Phuket was exceptional. The resort exceeded our expectations, with all our needs expertly met. The room service, front desk team, and taxi service were all highly attentive and accommodating. The resort’s layout felt like a private island, with lush palm trees, a beautiful pool, and direct beach access. The well-maintained facilities and stunning pool access room added to our enjoyment. Located in southern Thailand across from Fisherman’s Village, Rawai Palm Beach Resort offers a serene and picturesque retreat."

"Pros: We really enjoyed our stay here. Our villa by the large pool was spacious and comfortable. Good TV choices for English speakers. The whole complex is quiet and really beautifully landscaped. Both pools were very nice and very well maintained. Breakfast was for the most part pretty good with great fresh fruit and some good choices. We enjoyed the cappuccinos and lattes and a nice selection of breads and local food. The view of Chalong Bay from țħe restaurant was really special of Make sure you see when the tide is out and watch the boats floating on sand.The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons: Terrible WiFi…it didn’t mater what time of the day or night..it was almost impossible to get and hold a connection for any length of time. Like many Thai Hotels the bed was a little too firm for me. Breakfast could really be improved if they offered eggs to order like most other Thai Hotels. The eggs were fried ahead of time and layed out in a large warming pan. They just were not appetizing for me. Even with a few areas needing improvement I am looking forward to my next trip to Phuket and staying at the Aochalong Villa Resort & Spa. Next time we will be staying longer."

Amazing, and has alot of potential

"The hotel grounds and rooms are alittle outdated, but it also makes for a great vibe. The jungle feeling surrounding the pool is amazing and makes for peaceful swiming, having the outdoor shower was a great bonus. The down side was the food at the villa, it was not that great. However i think with all the new buildings going up the can make a good improvement to the overall ground's and restaurant. The staff, are the most amazing people, super helpful, extremely friendly, they know the area well and are happy to give you any info. We will definitely stay here again if we return to phuket. Thanks "
