"The actual resort was far less than what the pictures portrayed on the website. Only thing that was good about the place was the staff who were very kind and helpful. The A/C did not work well, the mattresses were so hard might as well slept on the floor, food was so so. Spent as much time as we could away from the place. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless major changes were made to the resort"

"Duplex room, cooking facilities limited, good fridge, seating uncomfortable , TV no youtube or Netflix, bed comfortable, bathroom nice but no where to put toiletries. 15 min walk to main area with shops and resteraunts, 20 mins to nice beach. Limited sunbeds and umbrellas by pool. Staff excellent and friendly. "

"Beautiful Property, daily cleaning and quiet location. Great communication, very helpful which made for a great vacation. About 30 minutes from Patong and about 50 minutes from the airport. Some local shops near by 7-eleven, family mart so good for shopping needs which are walkable. Overall Fantastic property with 6 bedroom. 2 outside the main area, not near the pool (need to go through house or outside main door) which one of them was the 2 single bed - bedroom. "Firstly, the pick-up from the airport was late. The AC was broken for 3nights. They sent someone to fix it and promised us at 12N, they came in at 8 am when we landed at midnight. After they tried to fix it, they left a mess on the floor and still not done. No cleaning at all. Secondly, we threw the garbage in the bin with lid. Still, there were tons of ants along with the bin. So then, we have to throw all the garbage every time outside the gate. If we left the utensil on the table, just in an...

"We had a wonderful time at the villa. The pool was a hit for us all.Everything we needed was there. Personally I loved the espresso machine! Pui, the property mgr was wonderful & Gregory was a delight to work with. "

"Wonderful stay at coconut grove , the staff were lovely , the villa was spacious, clean and had everything we needed , not too far to walk to the beach , approx 12-15 mins. There are a lot of restaurants, massage , shops etc very close by just a short walk 5 mins. My only suggestion: the bed is a little hard and the pillows were big and hard ! The bathroom is a little dated but absolutely fine , Personal preference though ! Didn’t spoil our stay in anyway. "
