"A small seven unit property and we were the only ones there on the first night. I don’t know if it was the end of the season, but we had a limited hours of electricity, Wi-Fi, and schedule of meals. Dinner was at 8 PM and we were pretty hungry by then. It was hot in the late morning, and there was no electricity to turn on the fan. The buildings are outdated, and some need of repairs . The staff was friendly. By B"

"We loved this Inkaterra property! I debated long and hard between this and Reserva Amazonica, in the end I chose this because it's newer and has wifi. The food here is fabulous, especially considering it's location. All the staff went above and beyond with each interaction. The guides are knowledgeable and enthusiastic. There is no pressure for tips from any staff. The only "cons" I noted are: our cocktails weren't great, the margaritas were undrinkable (appeared to be a new person in training)...

"My wife and I had an amazing time. We really loved it! Sandra and her team did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We were fed well and the food was amazing! They really care about the rainforest and work with a local wildlife rescue that rescues animal and rehabilitates them to go back into the wild. When you stay here, you help them with their mission to protect the Amazon rainforest. Alejandro was an amazing guide and has a great eye for spotting wildlife. Definitely...

"The immersion experience was great. Be prepared though to feel hot and full of bug spray much of the time. Wear hiking pants. Not Lulu leggings (too hot). The guides are great and you can do as much or as little as you want. We saw a lot of animals. "

"The Chombi House is the perfect place for a family or small group to have a relaxing retreat in the Peruvian jungle. Elmer is a very gracious host, and his family all participates in preparing and serving the meals in the common eating area. The bungalow is very comfortable and the pool is very welcome in the heat of the day. Hotels.con has not refunded my credit card yet. Based on this experience, I don’t expect to use or recommend Hotels.com ever again unless you can promptly remedy this very concerning experience with your service. "

"This property only has 4 rooms with air conditioning, need to request this prior to check in. There are no landline phones in the guest rooms nor any television to be found. Nice and relaxing, great pool, excellent food and wonderful drinks. Staff is superb polyglot to include English, Spanish, French, German and Italian. Worth the stay and would return if my travels take me back to his city. "
