"We went to see Peter Kay at the AO arena. We were on vacation from Canada visiting family so this hotel was close to the train station so ideal for our train and the arena itself. Breakfast is included and was very good. Staff kept on top of clearing tables and replenishing hot food. Shower was one of the best I have had in a hotel in England so far. Definitely be back if we visit Manchester again. "

"They had a room that 3 adults could share which was great. I was meeting my sister and my niece and some hotels I looked at said family rooms were only for kids but my niece is 21 and we all wanted to stay together. We’re definitely coming again "

"Location of hotel is within a 15mins walk to the town where there are shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Tram station is also nearby and is convenient to ride into Manchester town center. Room is clean and guest has to inform reception if he/she wants room cleaned. I was rather surprised that I did not have a sign to be hung on door knob for that service until I met a housecleaning staff who gave me a spare sign she has. I would stay in the hotel if I were to visit Manchester again."
