"From the moment we checked in the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had clean, high class standards and was well maintained. The location was great to get in and around Manchester perfectly located for the station, shops, bars and restaurants. The room was very spacious and comfortable I was really impressed and almost wished I had more time to enjoy the hotel as it also had a lovely reception area and bar. "This hotel is beautiful, the staff are amazing and it really is 5 star standard in the heart of Manchester, the room (king) was beautiful with top notch facilities, the atmosphere and ambience of the hotel was perfect for a couples getaway. Breakfast was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Reserve parking if you can however there are plenty of car parks around. "

"The hotel was undergoing a full renovation when we visited in June 2024. The staff were great - a small problem with our room (allocated a double not a twin) was sorted within minutes, and a new key brought to us without having to go back downstairs to reception. The rooms had already been renovated and were fab. They were comfortable, spotlessly clean and spacious, with huge windows and tones of natural light. The communal areas however were a funny mix of nicely done and new, with grubby...
