"Our suite was ready when we arrived which we appreciated after a 90 minute drive. The front desk staff was very friendly and quick to check us in. We had 2 young children with us and we were surprised and happy to know the pool was open until 11pm! "We were lucky that not many people were staying at the hotel, making it peaceful and quiet. We also had the chance to enjoy their barrel sauna. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only downside was that the spa and outdoor jacuzzi were closed, and while the pub was open, it was undergoing a small renovation and felt cold. Other than that, the food was delicious. Overall, I’d recommend it! ☺️"

"Our stay at The Cranberry Moon Inn was fantastic. This B&B was convenient located in Bala, which allowed for us to enjoy a variety of winter activities in the area. The B&B was beautifully finished. You really can see the thought that was put into how it was planned and decorated. The owners, Kim and Doug, were excellent hosts. They really catered to our every need. "

"When we were arrived, we were greeted by the owner who was cleaning our parking spot of the snow. Super friendly and wonderful check-in. The room was very quaint and clean (other than a bone under the bed). All was wonderful, other than there were very minimal receptacles, but we travel with enough cords to deal with our CPAP and Laptop. The Wi-Fi for the laptop kept dropping out, but other than that, we will most certainly stay again. "

"The cottage itself was quite adequate. Clean but minimal. Comfortable beds. Its not really possible to swim by the cottage. there's a fair bit of boat traffic and the water is shallow with a lot of rocks and obstacles. You have to swim off the dock. I also messaged several times with various questions before our trip with no response. And when we arrived the internet wasn't working and they didn't get it fixed until the second day.
