While we stayed at her property, we were hit with a large ice storm and despite power for certain things being knocked out, the generator ensured we had lights, refrigeration and hot water. "I stayed at this resort on March 29 and was impressed by the lady at the front desk. She was super nice, professional, and provided excellent service. I’ve been to many hotels in the area, as well as several Marriott properties in different locations, but her hospitality stood out. Unfortunately, there was a city-wide power outage during my stay. However, the resort and staff handled the situation wonderfully. Despite the inconvenience, they remained friendly and accommodating, making the experience much better. "
