Review for Pinedale Inn, Gravenhurst
I recently stayed at Pinedale Inn in Gravenhurst and, unfortunately, I was disappointed by the experience. My room was not up to standard for cleanliness, with lipstick marks on the towels, brown spots, dust in the corners, and a dirty fridge. The property itself feels like it could use some more upkeep. Given the condition, I would have expected the room to be priced under $100, especially in the off-season; other nearby inns offering much better cleanliness standards were priced at $69 or $79.
On a positive note, the view from the property is beautiful, and I appreciated the kitchen, which is convenient if you’re staying a few days and need to cook. The balcony was also a nice feature. However, without access to a kayak or boat, there isn’t much else to do, which makes it hard to justify the cost.
