"This was a pretty nice ryokan/onsen. Positives: The staff were friendly, and they even had a reserved shuttle bus that will take you from the hotel to New Chitose Airport. "The hotel is very Japanese classic, you need to take off your shoes and store it at the entrance. Besides that, it is great! The staffs there are super friendly; The hot spring is definitely top tier, with nature spring hot water in. Room is also Japanese style, room is spacious and cozy. The only thing that need to notice is that the area does not have much public transportation or taxi services, you can ask the front desk to call a taxi for you, but need to prepare additional waiting time."
