"Great place to stay! Easy access to different must-go places. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Except for the breakfast buffet which end at 9:30. When it says 9:30, it means that everyone needs to leave at that time. We were obviously not aware of that and kept working on what’s left in our plates when one man seemed like a manager came with a raised voice saying “Out, out!” Guess that’s the culture difference."

"A really pleasant hotel close to lake Toya. The traditional Japanese room was excellent to experience and the onsen with its both indoor and outdoor baths were phenomenal.
