"I have stayed here twice and will come back. It's a nice laid back property, now with a second larger swimming pool in the back of the main building. The staff is friendly and attentive. I haven't taken advantage of the mini-kitchen that is part of the terrace or balcony room. For nearby food, make sure you check out Jungle Pizza around the corner for a great thin crust wood-fired pizza. Also, there is a good Mexican restaurant, Las Adelitas. For great coffee, UMMA is about two blocks away and features a craft shop with high-quality handmade gifts."

"Had a bad experience in the restaurant with the waiter. Did not make us feel welcome at all and we heard him talking to the bartender saying we were Americans. Didnt let us sit where we wanted and it WAS NOT busy at all. Also didnt have tonic water for our drinks which was on the menu. Other than that experirnce, it was excellent. "

"The view from my room was spectacular . The bed was a little hard and pillow flat but oterwise everything was perfect. We had to transfer room the day before we were leaving, which was a bit annoying, but otherwise this place was really great."

"Excellent choice for our 1 week stay - the room was charming, excellent location, most friendly and accommodating staff, and probably the better rated cuisine. We have been going to this friendly fishing village for a number of years and have always stayed in this vicinity - we will be back again next year and most likely will return to Espuma! Please dont tell too many people, as we hope to get reservations again - just kidding! A Gem to enjoy!!! n "
